Since the 1950s, North Limburg has been the asparagus region of the Netherlands. During the harvest season (April โ June) we pay extra attention to this special vegetable. Then try our homemade asparagus soup! ๐ฅ
A special feature of the pavilion is the auction clock from 1908. From April to November, organic vegetables are auctioned here on some Sundays. Take a seat on the benches and press the button โ an experience not to be missed!
