Governance model

Since 2021, we have been using the Supervisory Board model. The Board is formed by a management team consisting of one or more members. In consultation with the management team, they are responsible for the strategy and policy of the museum.

We apply the 8 principles of the Governance Code Culture 2019.

Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board is responsible for supervising the policy of the Management and the general course of affairs within the museum and the activities carried out. The Board advises the Management and focuses on the interests of the museum in fulfilling its task, with particular attention to the risks that may arise from the museum’s performance of its tasks.
